Paid Vacations/Paid Time-Off
As an employee of Delta Staffing, for every hour worked, you earn paid time-off credits. Based on the formula used to accrue paid time-off, a full-time employee earns up to 2 weeks' paid vacation time for every 50 weeks of 40 hours worked.
Delta Staffing also provides full-time employees paid time off on the following holidays after 30 days of employment: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
We offer full health, dental and vision benefits to contract employees. Employees have a choice to select the benefit plan that works best for them.
