We manage the interview process, ensuring candidates are prepared and present when and where needed. We help negotiate the deal with your selected candidate - career changes are complex, and we do this every day.

Finally, we coach the candidate through the critical time between resignation and start date, with special attention to combating counter offers. Coffee is for closers - and we make ours strong.

Direct Hire

We represent your company in the search for talent. We work mostly on a contingent basis, with flexibility to work retained and fixed fee searches.

Contract Staffing

Our talent, your direction. We find the people you need and hire them. We’re not a “temp agency” - we’re an employment partner. Our contract employees receive a full benefit package and personal service, ensuring long term success and frequent conversion to direct hire.

Project Staffing

There is a project to be completed and you don’t have the manpower to build and manage the team, and don’t want to commit to add that many team members permanently. Delta will hire the necessary team, manage the project, and deliver on time with minimum strain on your existing resources.
